Cutting and welding optics for laser applications
In industrial laser robot applications,
laser cutting optics are submitted to
heavy-duty use. For example due to
external influences such as process and
material parameters.
Our optics have proven themselves
more than 100 times in industrial daily
routines and due to their robust design
they are ideal for use in the field of
3D processing with robots.
We offer two types of laser
cutting optics:
With focal lengths of 2.5”, 3.75” and
5” as well as with a lens diameter of
1.1” the first group is especially designed
for the range up to 600 W CO2 laser
radiation.
The second group, with a lens diameter
of 1.5” and focal lengths of 3.75”,
5” and 7.5” is suitable for the use up
to 3 kW CO2 and Nd:YAG laser radiation.
All optics are provided with a gas
or water cooling and a lens drawer
system as well, which is featured by
minor maintenance expenditure and
allows the use of a lens control unit
(LCU).
The cutting optics are equipped with
high-quality ZnSe lenses, which allow
a reproducible replacement without
recalibration/ readjustment.
Of course and according to customer’s
request, we also offer design and construction
of tailored optics for your
special application.
